2 pounds thick-cut whitefish (such as halibut or cod), cut into 2-inch strips
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Fresh dill weed to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Place fish strips in dish, about 1 inch apart.
2. Combine sour cream, onions and dill. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
3. Spread mixture over fish and bake 20 minutes.
4. Remove fish from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Broil just long enough to brown cheese slightly.
