The third annual Fredericksburg Knights of Columbus Bestfest is a celebration of German favorites—beer, sausage & polka music—with a twist. We’ve combined great offerings from some of the best Texas sausage makers along with a number of the best craft beers around to create a unique sausage and beer tasting event. Polka music throughout the day provided by Fritz Hodde & The Fabulous Six and The Seven Dutchmen Ochestra and opportunities to win guns and other hunting-related prizes create a celebration of things we love about Fredericksburg and the Hill Country—beer, sausage and hunting.
