From entrées to desserts, in sauces or smoothies, tiny blueberries make a big impact in any recipe. This month’s winner will receive a Texas Blueberry Festival prize package, including a two-night stay at the historic Hardeman House Bed & Breakfast in Nacogdoches—The Oldest Town in Texas; the winning recipe will also be printed in the June issue.
There is no limit on your creativity… So share your favorite blueberry recipes with Texas Co-op Power readers for a chance to win prizes and the admiration of family and friends across the state. Packing your recipe with blueberries adds amazing flavor, along with a healthy serving of fiber, a kick of Vitamin C, fat-burning manganese and powerful antioxidants.
